Shipping Policy - 

Here is the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect. 

 At Taydiane, we keep shipping simple, All US orders ship at a flat rate of $5.95

Orders over $75 ship free - no code needed. 

We believe in transparent pricing, so you'll never be surprised by unexpected shipping fees at checkout. 

Domestic standard                                                7 to 10 Days or less

Domestic Alaska. Hawaii and Territories            7 to 10 Days or less

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at taydiane@taydiane.store with your name and order number. we will look into it for you. 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Taydiane@taydiane.store with your order number and photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution. 

International Orders - See Below. 

We work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers typically ship orders within one to five days of receiving your order. From that point, it takes 7 to 10 days for products to arrive. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that lets you keep tabs on your product at all times.
